**Level IF-400**整体表现为一条虚空中的道路，此道路无限延伸。道路宽约14.5米，路面由一种不知名物体构成，形似柏油，但无法用常规手段破坏。虽然该层级是虚空中的道路，但路面上方的虚空与路面下方的虚空有所不同（下文将描述），因此M.E.G.将两者分别称作“天空”与“虚空”。该层级的天空是无害的，但气温较高，据2055年的最新数据显示，该层级每日平均气温均保持在120摄氏度以上，会导致流浪者在几分钟内窒息而死。

**Level IF-400**目前没有发现任何物资，这使得流浪者的生存变得更加困难。空气中普遍含有大量的浓雾，雾中含有一些特殊元素，若流浪者暴露在雾气中，会在短时间内感到疲惫、身体机能下降。雾极浓，能见度不足1米，无法看清具体路况。路面的情况极为混乱，经常会出现一些缺口，这种情况的发生频率会随着不断往前走而逐渐增大，有时甚至会出现断路的情况，这使得流浪者极其容易坠入虚空。
**Level IF-400**的浓雾中含有极多的有害物质，包括但不限于：浓硫酸、浓硝酸、苯并芘、甲醛、氯气、铅、汞、金属钠、钾等，这些有毒物质会使流浪者患上疾病，这些疾病一般情况下无法治疗。M.E.G.成员Disent经过对该层级死亡的三名流浪者进行尸检后发回报告（见后文）。

**Entity IF-20？**是一条无限延伸的路，其外表材质坚不可摧。该实体有极高的敌意，不仅仅是对于人类。它会通过不断地吸食物体使自己变得更加强大。迄今为止，未记录到一人摆脱其掌控，最终都会沦为其养分。该实体还拥有人类至今无法理解的超高智商，它可以精准的接受任何生命体的一切信号，如脑电波，经过其分析便可了解该生命体的想法，进而设置针对生命体的陷阱。

**Entity IF-20？**本身是Level IF-400的主宰，可以任意操控Level IF-400的各项指标（如环境危害程度，精神危害程度等），当然，其本身也可以散发极其强烈的精神危害以及心智危害，流浪者会在极短的时间内被篡改思想、记忆等。另外，该实体在特定情况下可以对生命体的基因（DNA）进行修改，导致生命体因短时间内的极端变化而迅速衰竭而死。

**Event 1**是Level IF 400最危险的一个事件，发生概率为19%。顾名思义，当该事件发生时，原本的虚空将变为白昼，整个层级笼罩在无边的白昼中，类似于[[[https://if-backrooms.wikidot.com/level-if-71|另一个由强光覆盖的层级]]]。此事件触发后，强光会瞬间刺穿流浪者的眼球，使其瞬间溶化。无数缕超过1*10^^23^^cd[[footnote]] cd（坎德拉）：强光测量单位。描述光源在特定方向上的发光强弱，是国际单位制的基本单位之一，比如手电筒的直射强光可以达到数千坎德拉。[[/footnote]]的强光存在于事物周身，辐射量及其大，对事物的危害极强。
在现有的理论上，**Event 1**不仅有强光的危害，白昼自身也有极强的危害。白昼的构成元素目前未知，但这种元素可使生命体在0~3秒内死亡。奇怪的是，当流浪者死亡后，该事件会在极端的时间内停止，而流浪者的遗骸也消失的一干二净，初步推测，这些遗骸都被Level IF 400本身以极快的时间吸收，成为其养分。

**Event 3**是后室层级IF-400的第三个事件，在2009年时被M.E.G.探员Mostand2451发现并上传，此后Mostand2451便再无音讯。因此我们判定其已死亡。

**Event 3**是Level IF 400中极其危险的一个事件，发生概率为17.5%。当该事件发生时，该层级的所有人累均会受其影响[[footnote]] 尽管流浪者身处不同时空 [[/footnote]]。目前已知的27例有记录的遇难者均于该事件发生时瞬间失去感觉[[footnote]]即全身的所有反射弧都失效[[/footnote]]，这使得人类陷入无尽的痛苦中。该事件发生后，该层级将急速扭曲为一个密度无限大的点，被处以感官之刑的人类将永存于虚空之中。
